Due to problems with fraud we are operating on a Vouch basis,
This means you can not join without an existing users vouching that you are a legitimate, trustworthy person. In the event a vouched person committed fraud both their account and the person who vouched for them (and anyone else they vouched for) would be removed.
If you know an existing Toutless member, you can ask them to vouch for you. They will be sent a form to fill out so do not put a huge amount of detail into that initial email.
We are not accepting any users who cannot be vouched for at the moment, please do not email us asking to make an exception.
